What is Brain Maintenance?
In order to activate our brain, in my lessons there will be
“brain training activities” and “brain exercises”. Brain training activities,
aiming to make yourself more creative and find your outburst of
free ideas and values, we will be writing and talking about
your thoughts and themes set inside you.
Brain exercises, aiming to activate the brain,
we will be using fingertips to toes, facial expression practices.
Brain maintenance is effective to improve motor function,
cognitive function, communication skills. It is highly recommended from
children to elderly, and also for couples and corporate activities.
